If within 30 days of the shipping date of your product, you find that your Flint River Ranch product is not performing to your expectations return the remaining product via prepaid shipping for refund of the original purchase price.
Please call Flint River Ranch call center operators at 800/354-6858 or contact orders@frrco.com for a RAC (return authorization code) and for instructions & the address of where to return the remaining product.
Please include a copy of the original invoice with RAC written on it and statement for reason of refund when packing the return order. For all orders past 30 days of original purchase, please contact call center for additional return guidelines.
